The Sauna Heater solved a big problem…
The Sauna Heater solved a big problem for me. I wanted a custom (Finnish) sauna built in a bathroom alcove. A local sauna building firm quoted me $24K so I took matters into my own hands. I decided that I wanted thick wall logs, but buying them piecemeal along with all the other necessary parts was going to be onerous and expensive. A Como 1-120 kit solved my problem perfectly at a fraction of the cost. The Sauna Heater has given fantastic support for what is turning out to be an incredible sauna.

What a fantastic story, thank you for sharing it in such detail. Happy to have helped you find the right answer to your specific needs. The Como 1-120 was a great call. It sounds like it's turning into an incredible sauna, and we're proud to have supported you through it. Enjoy every session, and don't hesitate to reach out as you finish things up!

Working with Alister was great! I had so many questions being a rookie building an outdoor sauna in Minnesota with all of the different seasons. He helped me from the ground up and always followed up with any questions I had sent him. Great people to work with!!!

Exceptional Service
The Sauna Heater group is the real deal. Real human connection throughout the entire process from the moment I hit order to delivery day. The sauna heater group does not at any point reroute you through AI or offshore call centers. I had a shipping issue due to the Hollywood hills narrow streets and the sauna heater group delt with the 3rd party shipping company, ensuring I got my sauna when I wanted it and without any additional fees. It's rare to receive great customer service these days, these guys get it though!! I wouldn't order a sauna through any other group but these folks.

Jason, this means a lot! We're glad we could go to bat with the carrier and get it handled without extra fees. Enjoy the sauna, and thank you for the strong recommendation!
