The Sauna HeaterReviews of thesaunaheater.com

Just plain excellent customer service. Called in asking some pretty technical questions about wiring a HUUM heater (necessary AWG size and diagram), and was provided exactly what I needed within minutes. These guys rock.

When searching for a sauna heater, I appreciated that they offered everything you need in one package. I know having package pricing can induce sticker shock, but ended up saving money when all the components are added up. Especially helpful for the DIY sauna builder.

I communicated with the sauna heater and Veeti for 3 months before placing my order. He was able to answer all my technical questions and didn’t push me to purchase.

Very pleased with my experience. I was somewhat skeptical given that the heater package I was interested in was the lowest price I could find, and shipping was included, but I took the chance. Very happy I did. Item was shipped rapidly, well packed, arrived in perfect condition, and it works outstanding. I would certainly certainly shop with them again, and I have recommended them to a friend who was interested in purchasing a replacement heater.

The customer service and technical assistance that I received from The Sauna Heater team members was fantastic!

The staff was very helpful. They really know the heaters and equipment well. They were also able to help me with my sauna build and everything is working great.

I highly recommend the sauna heater, they helped me pick the perfect heater for my sauna.
