Our Company wanted to order a Huum Hive mini Sauna unit with some extra add ons that were spec'ed out by the architect we were working with. I had several questions about the unit before we could commit and the owner of company called me back and answered every question I had, which honestly was pretty impressive as the other companies I had called basically didn't have any technical answers to anything I was asking. We did go with 'The Sauna Heater' company and the unit was dropped shipped on site. It arrived in a reason time. Not super quick but around the time the company said it would arrive. It was installed in a custom Sauna room but we did have a few issues with installation regarding the tunnel and one of the add on part that was sent was incorrect. The owner once again replied to message within a couple of hours with the answer regarding installation issue. Trust me, when you're onsite and you need an answer to an installation issue, getting a quick decisive response that correct is all I can hope for to keep the job on target. Regarding the incorrect part sent the company quickly checked and responded after I called them and within 24 hours the correct component was shipped and on its way to us with no extra shipping charges, no arguing and had even set up a return label and pick up for the incorrect part to be shipped back. Not everything goes smoothly in life, people make mistakes and companies aren't always perfect but I would always work again with a company that owns their mistakes and even goes out of their way after the sale is done to aid the installation of what they sold. I had a solid experience with them so hopefully next house we built that requires a sauna, I'd be happy to deal through this company again. Thanks again for the service.

Have been on your website multiple times and chatted with your customer service. I have received very good and helpful information which has been reassuring. I do not have friends and family to ask because I am the first I know of who is getting sauna, so your customer service has been very helpful.
