The manager Jon chatted with me online and did a custom order appraisal for my Huum 9kw heater with a WiFi controller and all the stones. I accepted the proposal and made the payment. My order arrived promptly in four days . I can’t wait to have it installed and start using the new Sauna. 10 out of 10 experience

I had a great experience working with The Sauna Heater and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality sauna heater and knowledgeable support. From the beginning, their team was incredibly responsive, professional, and informative. I was sourcing a heater for a client with some specific requirements, and they took the time to understand the project and help me determine the best heater for my client’s needs. Their expertise was extremely helpful, and they did a great job explaining the different options, sizing considerations, and advantages of each system so I could make an informed recommendation to my client. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and I never felt like I was simply being sold a product. They genuinely wanted to make sure we selected the right equipment for the application. It's refreshing to work with a company that combines strong product knowledge with great customer service. I really appreciate all of their help and expertise throughout the process and would not hesitate to purchase from them again for future sauna projects. Highly recommended!
