Everything from start to finish was great. We bought our Harvia Spirit 8kw with the Xenio CX45 control unit and we could not be happier. It works perfect and even runs the lights and fans. The Sauna Heater people were there when I called several times asking questions and they were always courteous and helpful throughout the process. We ordered and received the equipment several months before we were able to finish the sauna build but now enjoy the sauna almost every day. The Sauna Heater's "how to" videos helped a lot in our build. Wish I could upload a photo of our beautiful sauna with this great heater.
