Shipment of the sauna heater and stones was prompt and arrived on a pallet packaged well and without any concern.

I asked 4 companies for quotes on this heater. TSH replied within 6 hours with their initial quote and reacted to my follow up questions within 2 hours. I placed my order before any of the other 3 suppliers responded (as of this writing, only 2 of the 3 have replied!).
