They were extremely helpful in giving me guidance on which heater would work best for what I needed. They were very communicative, kind, and informative! The sauna was shipped so quickly right to my house and was exactly as described. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much!!

Two things stand out about The Sauna Heater. One, the communication and help I received through the chats was like nothing I have experienced before…well done! Two, the VERY informational YouTube videos were extremely helpful during my design phase. This company is top notch, and you can be assured I will pass them onto anyone who asked how I learned how to build a Finnish sauna!

I spoke to multiple vendors about the sauna setup I wanted, but none compared to the expertise and quality support that Anton and TheSaunaHeater offered. I am very happy that I not only learned about what I wanted through TheSaunaHeater’s vast YouTube collection but also that the expertise available was bar none when I spoke with Anton. I’m confident that I’ll always receive the support and respect a customer deserves with this group and anyone reading this should know the same. Thanks again.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them over the last week. I can't think of another company that has been so responsive and knowledgeable. I have talked to 4 different people this past week and each one really knew their stuff. Fantastic folks to deal with....keep up the good work.

I ordered a heater online. I was unsure as to exactly what I needed but with the online help I was able to make a decision that I thought was correct. It was what I needed but I needed to order some additional parts to make it work that I was unaware of. Anton, a man that works for Sauna heater took the time to reach out and verify that I already had the additional parts that were needed to go with the parts I had ordered, I had not. It would have more than doubled the overall cost to get the additional parts I needed. Anton helped me pick out another unit that would get the job done, but also not require extra parts. Most companies would have simply shipped the parts, and moved on with life... not their problem. Anton did a great job of helping have a successful order process.
