Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very pleasant experience.

I realy appreciated the time they took to walk me through every step of the way. I even had a small issue with the new heater that arrived and they went to bat for me to get in a new part.

order was shipped as requested.

Customer service was to top notch!! Everything along the way went so smoothly!

When researching a sauna, there’s so much noise and conflicting information out there. It’s hard to know who actually understands the product versus who’s just selling one. SaunaHeater.com truly knows what they’re talking about. From the start, they were knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. Their follow-up was outstanding, and they addressed every concern quickly and thoroughly. You can tell they care about getting it right, not just making a sale. I would highly recommend SaunaHeater.com to anyone looking for quality products and real expertise for their sauna needs.

The Sauna Heater team has been more than helpful in my pursuit to purchase a quality sauna heater. They reached out as soon as I purchased to make sure I was selecting the right product for my needs. Which I didn’t, they quickly presented to me with what I was looking for and made sure everything was right before the final sale went through. Excellent customer care!
