I ordered a 10 x 13 rug for my bedroom that needed to be made to order due to the size. Deepak was my customer service rep and did an amazing job keeping me informed on the lead time. Delivery was fine. The product is nothing like what I ordered. The colors are grey and dull. The carpet I ordered was a deep rich blue with turquoise accents. This rug is horrible.

The rug I bought was not as pictured. I reached out stating this and asked for next steps; I got no reply. I have concluded that TheRugDecor is one of those shady companies who pretend to stand behind their products long enough to make the first sale, and cook their reviews to avoid having people discover the truth until after they’ve purchased. Recommends avoiding this company.

The rug is absolutely beautiful and very well made. It’s thick and very comfortable to walk on. I’ve read other reviews that mentioned communication was an issue but I received a reply within a day when inquiring about the rug shipment timeframe. I do wish there was an electronic way to track your rug as it nears completion but I will say it’s more than worth the wait!
