Different color
I love the rug, but the color is much brighter than the other two I have purchased same style and design. I wanted to use all 3 rugs together but that will not be possible. Very disappointed.

Love my new rug
Love my new rug! I ordered a sample, which took several weeks to arrive, and then placed the order. It was about six weeks to receive my 9x12 rug, but it’s perfect. Colors match sample, packaging and tracking were excellent, and the creases from folding have dropped out quickly. It’s just what I was looking for -an interesting pattern with my favorite green (not so easy to find!) mixed with other colors. I think I’ll be back.

We love the carpet!
We love the carpet!, however we did not realize that will was going to take three and half months to get it.

Thank you so much! We’re very happy to hear that you love the carpet. We sincerely apologize for the longer-than-expected delivery time. During the production period, we experienced unusually severe heatwaves in India, followed by heavy rains and flooding, which unfortunately affected our production schedule. Since our rugs are handmade, hand-washed, and naturally sun-dried, these unexpected weather conditions caused delays that were beyond our normal production timeline. Since then, we have significantly strengthened our production process and increased capacity to better handle such disruptions. Our newer orders are now being completed and delivered on or before their estimated delivery timelines. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and most importantly, we’re delighted that you love your rug. We hope you enjoy it for many years to come!
