I decided to go with the RTAstore since I have no fear assembling cabinets to save money. I also decided I didn’t want to spend all the time to sort through what I needed and enlisted their design help. Christina was great, I should have just scheduled a call early on to sort through the details in one sitting. We had about 5 emails back and forth to help get the design complete. I wish I had all the funds to be able to spend it on all the extras but my cabinets were for a rental. She has was thorough in her design and asked me some tough questions that needed to be decided to make things look complete. As a designer and engineer I appreciated her thoroughness because it’s important to get it right in the design stage so that you don’t waste money fixing something on the back end.

Christina Geary was very helpful in getting my kitchen design and quote. We ultimately went with another vendor because we didn't love the finish on the cabinets themselves, but the experience communicating with Christina, in the middle of a global crisis no less, was great!

Elizabeth was absolutely amazing to deal with. I emailed and had 9000 questions and was always prompt at getting back (same day). moved things around a lot but ended up with exactly what we wanted. She was willing to work with any budget and made it work with ours! thank you again!!!

I was notified of a back order for a corner cabinet. This delay in the delivery of the complete kitchen cabinetry put me in a serious compromised position. My installer was only available until the end of this month. This corner cabinet delivery delay would mean a partial install of the kitchen itself and delay the completion of my project by at least another 6 weeks. I reached out to Remi, my RTA kitchen designer, for a substitute cabinet and one was to be had for a few hundred dollars more. She offered to reach out to the back office to see what she could do to accommodate me. She pleasantly surprised me later in the day with the news that they would provide me with the substitute cabinet at no additional cost to me. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to work with Remi with the installation of my new kitchen.

Rachel did a wonderful job with both the design and the order process. We went back and forth many times for some adjustments, which we are very pleased with the final design. She also made the ordering process very easy, and I have just finished building all my cabinets and checking in all the pieces. Everything needed in the design was in the order, and very easy to now take to our cabinet installer.
