So far their communication has been underwhelming. They are supposedly picking up a couch I’m returning but the person emailed me saying they’d call me one day and then I had to reach out only for them to say sorry can’t do it until next week but can’t schedule me? If you have time next week why can’t you schedule me? You’d think if they are going to re-sell the item that they’d want inventory.

I'm very happy and pleased with my purchase. I scheduled to pickup items and the condition was exceptional. The discounts I received were really unbeatable. I highly recommend the return company and definitely will purchase from them in the near future.

No one answers the phone—they said they delivered in my city but my zip kept getting rejected. They had to authorize on their end- then they took payment and had me fill out a google form with my address and gate code and times I’m home. Then I get a text saying the chairs I ordered are actually not available. I am Still waiting for my refund.

Our inventory is 100% recently returned items - we do not carry extra inventory as stated in our website and biz model, we keep communication via chat for security purposes and control of the communication - also indicated on our website that our line it’s not a phone line. According to our record your order was 100% refunded within 24 hours since you place it and chairs were not available. We are sorry for the inconveniences but neither the company or inventory is fake.

I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the sofa, description said New-open box but when you get 80% off, I expected some minor scratches, much to my surprise both the item and delivery was excellent.
