The product is of very low quality. No directions for how to operate the product. No given contact no, email Not even a slight product's name ascribed outside the package and inside. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Hi, you rated the wrong company - we do not sell pipes - would appreciate if you remove your review and search for the right one

This company is a literal scam. I placed an order and it was partially delivered with one incorrect item, which I contacted them about right away, and they ghosted me. Then their website disappeared and their phone number was disconnected. Their social media accounts seem to still be active so I just reached out there and am hoping someone will help me but it's extremely doubtful.

Good day, After checking records your orders was delivered in 3 parts since February and sale of all items is final. We are sorry you have an issue now but do not appreciated calling the company a scam - we have been in business several years. Website has experienced tech issues the past week We have reply to you via email and happy to follow up directly.

Made plans to pick up two chairs, paid for them and was told they were not there. This company is disorganized, has limited hours because they work out of storage locker, not a warehouse, communication is spotty and free pick up cost me the fee they paid the person to open the storage locker. So, no free pick up as advertised on their website. Run from this company.

Missing parts of the sofa. I tried to contact but didn’t get assistance.

Seems like the company has closed down or out of business - no one responds to emails or texts after multiple attempts and there is no phone number to call.

Horrible Customer Service. Costly delivery fee and unreliable delivery services. Canceled the first time without advance notice. I actually had to reach out to them to check if the item was still en route, they mentioned the driver canceled at the last min. It was rescheduled to another day, and they still didn't confirm delivery the day before or deliver the item. I reached out to them and they never responded. WORST WEBSITE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THE LOW PRICES WILL DECEIVE YOU AND THEN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE HEADACHE AFTERWARDS. Ended up contacting my CC company.

Dear Rafael, We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had with our delivery services. As a small company, we have recently faced challenges with our customer service staff quitting unexpectedly, leading to disruptions in our usual operations. We understand the frustration caused by the canceled delivery without advance notice and the lack of communication regarding the rescheduled delivery. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are actively working on resolving these issues and improving our communication channels to ensure a smoother experience for our customers in the future. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. If there is anything we can do to make this right for you or if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We hope for the opportunity to regain your trust and provide you with a better experience. Sincerely, The Return Company

No one answers the phone—they said they delivered in my city but my zip kept getting rejected. They had to authorize on their end- then they took payment and had me fill out a google form with my address and gate code and times I’m home. Then I get a text saying the chairs I ordered are actually not available. I am Still waiting for my refund.

We are sorry you did not have the best experience. Our inventory is 100% recently returned items - we do not carry extra inventory as stated in our website and biz model, we keep communication via chat for security purposes and control of the communication - also indicated on our website that our line it’s not a phone line. According to our record your order was 100% refunded within 24 hours since you place it and chairs were not available. We are sorry for the inconveniences but neither the company or inventory is fake.
