This is a scam. do not buy. The diffusers DO NOT WORK! And I ordered once and was automatically setup for auto shipments. They charged me $51.54 and cannot get ahold of anyone for the refund or to cancel.

This company stands behind their product! I ordered diffusers in hopes of helping my two cats. One had very suddenly become aggressive toward the other. They are the same age and both spayed females, but are not siblings. I tried all sorts of things along with the diffusers for almost a month, but to no avail. I contacted TherapetMD regarding their refund policy and received a full refund for the product I had ordered. They were very responsive to my request for a refund and very helpful with the process. I would not hesitate to order products from them in the future.

Our cat's didn't get along well and we had been trying different products but we found not much would work. So far our best solution has been the defuses and these defuses have also been a better price.

we started using Therapet when introducing a new cat to our old Cat who was becoming very anxious and upset. Therapet has helped lower the stress and the interactions are going more smoothly, and has helped her anxiety in between as well.

I have been thrilled with my dogs reaction to Therapet. Within a couple of days I noticed that my dogs were calmer and in fact stopped the incessant barking when someone comes to the door. I even bought several sets and gave them to my dog groomer and my daughters who also have dogs that are hyper. I forgot to check mine last month, and all of a sudden our labradoodle started barking for no good reason, I checked my Therapet and it was dry ! Installed new refill and everything calmed down very quickly. Love this !!

It isn't safe for people to breathe. If you have a respiratory condition you're risking your life.

Customer service was amazing and it is helping us out for our dogs. They are doing great no accidents in the house.

I have 2 male cats who barely tolerate each other and who went into a state of panic when I took in a small female stray who had been in my garden for a week in December. The males became aggressive to her and each other. Thermapet really calmed things down to the extent that one of the males was able to settle close to the female without a problem and the other avoided her (he tends to prefer his own company). The female also calmed down and was less jumpy around the males. This was after a few days and had continued to be the case until recently. I didn’t notice the bottle had run out! I have just ordered more. Each bottle lasts a month, which gives me peace of mind but will be a lifelong commitment. (Hence the 4 stars not 5)!!!!!
