Cats have never engaged in physical combat until I commenced using the therapy diffuser. I have utilized other diffusers with satisfactory results. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with this product, which I believe constitutes a fraudulent scheme. I strongly advise against purchasing this product. The customer service provided is notably sluggish and subpar. Obtaining a refund, even when adhering to their policy, proves to be an arduous task. This company exhibits a lack of professionalism and ethical conduct, prioritizing profit over the well-being of its customers. I strongly caution potential buyers to exercise caution and avoid this product.

Top quality, excellent customer service. Have/had cats with toileting issues which seem to be resolved. I’ve now ordered the dog diffuser for too much barking (it’s stress related)

My sister told me about the calming diffusers so first I tried a brand I got from the pet store. I noticed a slight difference the first week. But thought if I had more it would help more , so she showed me this brand. When it arrived I plugged it in , and I noticed my dog was anxious after noticing a difference before that he wasn't. So I unplugged this brand and only used the pet store brand. When it can time to refill the store brand I decided to just use this brand. I noticed my dog was anxious. So I contacted the company and they were amazing to deal with. I did get a full refund and I will donate the product in hopes it helps another anxious pup. Great product just didn't work for my boy 💙

We have been using TheraPet for couple months now and our furbaby has not pee'd inside the house. We haven't used pee-pee pads in awhile.

My cat is very picky. With Therapet she reacted to the plugin in 3 days . I hope it continues because It has made my life very good without the cleanup every morning.

I adopted an undersocialized 3-year old standard poodle with severe anxiety. Everytime I left for work he would tear up dog beds and get into things. Plugged these in and they work. He did great! One day I came home and he had gotten into the garbage. I started looking around and noticed that the Therapet plug-in was empty. Put a new bottle in and he’s back to calm again. Great product! I also noticed that my vet uses it in every exam room. So simple.
