Placed a one time order to try product. I have uccessfully used pheromone products similar to this for kitties. Unfortunately, this product was not a success in calming my reactive Boston Terrier. He is a rescue and has issues that are more complex. My trial purchase was automatically transferred to a subscription w/o my agreement. My first awareness of this was when I received an unwanted supply if the product. Correcting my status and getting a refund for the product was challenging, however Therapet did honor my request to cancel my subscription and refunded the cost of the unwanted/unused product. My advice,when making any trial purcuase, monitor carefully so that you don't end up with an unwanted subscription. Vendors do not provide any warning when a single purchase converts to a subscription.

This is the third time my daughter and I are buying this. We have two dogs both rescue both very anxious and this helps tremendously.

As of June 10th, TheraPet reached out and gave me a full refund for the misordered product I received and said there is no need to even send the product back! Thank you TheraPet...I happily rescind my 1 star review but I'm only giving you 4 stars because I believe the customer service I received initially needs improvement. A phone number with a live person would be FANTASTIC! On March 3rd 2026 I ordered the Therapet product for my dog. Before my order even arrived I realized I had somehow accidentally ordered the cat diffuser. I emailed them since there is no customer service number to be found. They replied that I could send it back for a full refund. When I asked how I needed to send the product back they went dark on me, although they continue to send me marketing emails every day. I was very excited about this product for my anxious dog but because of this I will not be ordering from them again and encouraged a couple of friends to buy from a different company.

I am finding it impossible to cancel my subscription and so is my bank who have to raise a dispute with them every month. I have changed my bank account direct debit cards yet they keep taking it from my account. They say on my Therapet account I have no subscription and no past orders but they keep sending it me. To the wrong address also as they won’t acknowledge any emails! I am recovering from cancer and this ongoing battle is highly stressful.

Excellent , calms our cat down

I had an issue and I'm very pleased that it was quickly resolved very timely. Great company!!

After a couple of days using the therapet, I noticed that my one aggressive cat stopped attacking my other one, and was much calmer. I ran out and she is being very mean and marking again. So this is my 2nd order.

The defusers has brought calmness to all 7 of my cats. They seem to be more calmed down with each other. TKS, Happy Cat Momma.
