I brought the single diffuser with 2 refills to see if it calmed my dog down….it did! Now I have bought another set to have in my dog float when we go away. Highly recommend it. The difference it makes is fantastic. As we have only had the first lot for a short period he is getting calmer all the time. I also love the automatic subscriptions to get the next bottles so I don’t forget.

I now have a new cat… My 10 yo cat was feral before we adopted her from the shelter - she hid, hissed and PEED ON EVERYTHING. After 2-3 months she is a different cat! She is cuddly, comes out of hiding even when I have people/dogs over, and has STOPPED PEEING on my bed 😅 We had been considering rehoming her until this stuff!!! Now trying it for my friends neurotic dog…

Fast reliable service. I have been using products from Therapet for six months plus. My dog has high anxiety and since using these she has not soiled in the house (unless refill has ran out!) and seems more confident around other people and dogs. I would recommend this company and products because they work!

I spent £80 on products on Saturday the 30th and paid an extra £9.99 for expedited delivery (within 3 working days). Even allowing for the weekend, the package should have arrived by Thursday, or Friday at the absolute latest. When I checked the Evri tracking on Thursday, the company hadn't even handed the order over to them yet. I emailed immediately to ask why and requested a refund for the delivery charge, but received no reply. I emailed again on Friday when the tracking finally updated to show it won't arrive until next week. Still, complete silence. I have been completely ignored and essentially scammed out of an extra delivery fee for a service that wasn't provided. Terrible customer service.

I was sceptical at first but I do believe it maybe working for my boys marking in the house. So I ordered again to see so fingers crossed .

we cancelled a recurring order and then received a later shipment. As with other folks with this problem, we were referred to "customer service", which is a joke. They don't answer their phone or return messages, and they respond to emails with a note that you will hear from them with 3-4 days. Lord only knows if we will ever hear from them. I would avoid this web site.

I brought a foster into my single cat home and they weren’t friendly to one another. I read about this product and ordered 2 diffusers with vials. So far, there has been much less hissing and no more scratched cats. I’m hoping in no time they’ll go from tolerating each other to playing together.
