First when I saw the ad I was skeptical, then the ad came to me again, and again, and every time I was more and more interested in their product. We have dogs and cats, and I didn't know what to choose first. Then decided to use the first product for cats. It arrived today, we installed it immediately, I can say I was surprised by how fast started working. My cats were very calm, even one of the kitties didn't respond to one of the dogs ' "provocation". Just ordered now the same product but for dogs.

Bought two diffusers with refills for my dogs. Does not work! Gave it 27 days and contacted the company. They communicated with me up until I told them I don’t want it and want a refund and don’t want a partial refund and now they are ignoring me. There is no guarantee on this. It doesn’t work and it has a very bad odor. I feel stupid for believing in this product and for believing in this company that would keep their word and guarantee. I’ve emailed many times and they have gone silent. I will now have to dispute the charge to my credit card. This is ridiculous. I’m so disappointed.

Still waiting to receive my order … placed over 2 weeks ago. Hope this really works once it does arrive.

The good news is that I think my troublemaker cat may be marking less, so while the house may smell less like cat pee, this diffuser SMELLS SO BAD it makes me sick to my stomach. The cat can stay, but I may have to move out.

We bought two and on day one, nothing. So i said let’s give it a few days…. We are on two weeks and still having issues. It was a waste of money

Great calming product for a multi-cat household. I have been dealing with my cats peeing in all the wrong spots but no more.

The products worked.....calm cats now. eg

I seen TheraPetMD on Facebook and decided to give it a try. We have 4 cats whom all have different personalities and sometimes they don’t get along. After plugging in TheraPetMD, I have noticed a difference in their temperament. They do still have some confrontations but they are nothing like before, when they would fight till fur was removed. I think by continuing to use TheraPetMD, our home will be a lot calmer.
