This product really helped with crate training. My puppy rarely cries at night anymore, she settles quickly when I put her to bed in the evening and is quiet until morning. We all get a good night sleep now!

My puppy calmed down almost immediately after plugging it in. After the bottle was empty I let it stay that way just to do my own test and I can say he was back to being a crazy puppy so I put in the second bottle I had and he went back to being calm, whatever is in this it is as valuable as gold to your sanity!

I just bought your diffuser. I plugged it in and no lights went on. What can I do to make it work?

One common issue customers encounter with our diffuser is the subtle light indicator, which can sometimes be hard to see, especially during the day. The light is designed to be discreet, so it doesn’t distract your pets or clash with your decor. To check if the diffuser is on, we suggest plugging it in at night and turning off the lights in your room. This will help make the light indicator more visible. Alternatively, you can try covering the device with your hands to create a darker environment, which should help you determine if the light is on or off. My 11 year old boxer started having anxiety issues due to separation anxiety and after we adopted a 2 border collie this April. He would start peeing in the house even after we just walked him. All night, he would suddenly wake up and walk around the house panting. He is physically healthy after having the vet do a checkup. This episode started since May 2024. After seeing a YouTube video of Therapet and the positive reviews, I thought I would give it a try. Within a day of having put up the diffuser, I see a big difference. He’s calmer, more playful and attentive. Most importantly he no longer pees in the house and he sleeps soundly at night!! The product really works!!!

Tasha was very aggressive, even going after dogs, and attacked a dog owner. After using Therapet in three rooms, I saw a complete difference in Tasha. She doesn't scratch so much or bite and is much more calm.
