Let me start with I have a feral cat that is afraid to come downstairs due to a young and lively almost two year old kitten. I recently went from one diffuser to three downstairs. Last night, my feral made an appearance and wild kitty just remained calm and in his bed. We were all quite pleased. So, my message is don't hesitate to try these out. Also, customer service is on task and responds very quickly. On Feb 18th I had an issue with price and it was cleared up in a few days. They are extremely helpful and understanding and gave me a discount on my order. ORDER NOW!!

I was uncertain if my Therapet device was operating properly and emailed for support. Within a few hours I received a thorough summary of how to troubleshoot. Included in the response was a Utube video on the devise. Needless to say the device was operating as designed. Many thks for the excellent support to the Therapet Team!!

Received diffusers and thought they weren't working. Sent an email and received a reply same day with a video showing me what I was looking for and other suggestions on what could fix my problem. Rep was kind and cared about my concerns. Client service went above and beyond. Hoping this helps my pups. Definitely will order again and tell others.

Hi, i ordered a few of these plug ins and i was searching for a place to leave a review! We have a neutered male frenchie that has been marking in my house! He has not done this at all since we plugged in the pheromones! We have a German Shepherd with horrible allergies and anxiety. Her hair is starting to grow back in places she was once chewing til they bleed! We appreciate this product so much and it’s only been three weeks! I’m so happy with the outcome and will be ordering refills! Still waiting to see a difference. Maybe it’s too soon? Or maybe I have 2 stubborn pups? Regardless, my interaction with customer service has been superb. They have been extremely responsive — I really want to love this product but if it ends up not working for us i have no doubt customer service will make it right and in a timely manner.

I received an email saying my package was delivered on the 18th. It wasn't. so I texted advising them to call. Received that call today. The CS rep was great! Friendly and pleasant. She did request that product be resent BUT to my surprise it got delivered today instead. I sent message that the order was just received, just slight delay wirh USPS. OK So now that I have it you have to place in area they spend most of their time. I do not have a 4ft clearance under my kitchen cabinets and my other accessible outlets in kitchen won't meet requirements for spacing. So back it goes!!

I was so hoping this would work but no just a waste of my money. Penny knows to go out but comes in to pee. Used the diffuser 2 months I have no idea what went wrong but it didn’t make a difference
