The product does not work and customer service is not a service. The only way customer service will answer a question is: Pay $5 and be signed up for an automatic $33 a month charge from PayPal. Trying to return the product is also a nightmare! They want the customer to pay for shipping and then pay a $9 restocking fee ( on a defective product). I hope they post this review, but probably won’t.

I'm trying this product because I'm having horrible time with my one French Bulldog urinating in the living room. We've moved recently and I think the stress is getting to her. I received their product and was anxious to try it. When I push the button to turn it on it didn't appear as though it was working so I contacted customer service as indicated in their instructions. They got back to me within 24 hours and explain to me that the light was very faint and hard to see sometimes. I went into a darken room and lo and behold it was working! I let them know and I appreciated it and I can't wait to see how this helps

Shipping took a while to get here. My dog still pees in the house and is not calmer. I've been using it for 1 week. She is a 12 wk old puppy so maybe my expectations were too high.

It works well, no accidents since it plugged in. It did not work well in the beginning as the light is very little but customer service to rescue. They have been very explanatory and helpful and very quickly issue was resolved and me and puppy are both happy customers:)

Great customer service! Prompt, offered clear information/explanation and offered a discount on a new purchase as my item was out of warranty ( was kind of old) Also did follow up to check if I had additional questions.

When I first received the unit I didn't believe it was functioning because it didn't light up the way I expected. I contacted Customer Support and they responded quickly with details on how to make sure I had set it up correctly. Following their instructions I realized it was functioning. Not sure it has altered the snits some of my 4 cats get into, but time will tell.

This product does not work. It made my dog more hyper and she not able to calm down and relax. It did nothing to help the peeing in the house. There is no customer service number to contact them. You can only email them. The say there is a 30 day money back guarantee, but want you to pay shipping to return it and charge a 9.00 restocking fee. Which is crazy. How can they restock used product. Do not recommend purchasing this product.
