When I really noticed a difference was when I ran out! The pheramones completely stopped my male dogs marking behaviors and they started again when they were empty. I am now always stocked up! Love this product!

I notified customer service when I noticed the diffuser started to have a burnt smell to it only after using it for a few weeks. They immediately fixed the issue by sending me a replacement. Even though I’m still waiting, I did have new additional pheromones liquid to put in my diffuser. I have to say, since having the diffusers in, I have noticed a change with my 3 pups…not all at the same time as all dogs are different but I feel the more I keep using them it will work for my 3 boys at its fullest potential! Thank you therapetmd team for making things right and always bring on top of your game!

Had trouble originally discerning as to where the unit was working. I was unable to see the light referred to. However, upon seeking help fromcustomer support, I received a replyexpediously. Iwas very pleased that upon following the input, I was able to get it up and running. It seems to be working as advertised s Iseems to have helped calm my pupduring and after our move.
