Although the product itself did not do what was expected it to do. I was still impressed with the customer service and how fast and diligent they were. They were very understanding. There was no crazy hassle with receiving my refund and they gave me options. Customer service experience was great. The product itself was not great but that will not stop me from purchasing other items.

Juno was never aggressive, but she was always on edge. She'd follow me from room to room like she couldn't relax. After a couple of weeks with these diffusers, she actually settles down on her own.

I think it’s a good product and idea, however I tried this for two and a half weeks and it had no affect on my little dog. He get very anxious when we leave for any length of time. Thank you for letting me try your product.

Hello Laura, Thank you so much for giving TheraPet a try and for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you found the concept valuable, even though it didn’t have the desired effect for your little dog. We know how tough it is to see a beloved pet struggle with separation anxiety, and while many pets respond well to our diffusers, we also understand that every pet is unique and may require different types of support. We truly appreciate your kind words and the opportunity to be part of your journey, even briefly. If there's ever anything we can do or if you'd like to explore other calming options we offer, we're always here to help. Best Regards, Dawtie of TheraPetMD

I have tried other diffusers but this is the only one that works for my furbabies. I had an issue today and reached out to customer service and the representative that helped me was wonderful and went above and beyond to help me today. I am most grateful to the company for their products and for the staff for being so understanding.

For the first time in YEARS, my dog actually handled a thunderstorm without losing it. He noticed, but he didn't run around in a panic. I'll be keeping these diffusers stocked.

I’m so happy for the discount! I have had no problems with ordering. Quick and easy. This product helps my two cats so much. Without it they fight! Thank you for this product!

Before using these plugins, my dog would freak out anytime I picked up my keys. Now, he barely even lifts his head. It's made leaving the house WAY less stressful.
