Excelent customer service and the product is helping my cats

I’ve used TherapetMD for over a year now. My dogs are terrified of thunder and we’ve noticed, although they still bark some, they’re not quivering and shaking. They also have gotten much better at going potty outside. I recommended TherapetMD to friend whose dog had separation anxiety and she recently reported being able to leave the house with little consequence. We both are very satisfied with the product. My purpose in contacting TherapetMD this time was to purchase another diffuser which was not readily available on the website. Customer service responded to me with 12 hours and linked me with the product I needed. Not only did I get a discount on the diffuser, I also got discounted shipping. A+ customer service!

I was doubtful that the spray and diffuser would have any effect on our dogs. But I was pleasantly surprised by the results. While the dogs still were afraid of the 4th of July fireworks they were calmer and were able to go to sleep. We will keep the difffusers going 24/7.

It’s amazing how well Therapet works. My cat is caimer, and not peeing all over my house. It took a few days before I noticed anything but it works.

I have been able to introduce this product to two 10 year old kitties, who were single owner cats, now living together and very skittish of each other. After about 3 days of use, they have both calned down enough to begin to let them be in the same room together without extra stress. The productbis nicely packaged, and arrrived in a timely manner. The set up works as advertised, set up is easy. The product is odorless and non irritating to people in our home. A great value, we are pleased.

we have 16 cats and have had a spraying problem so we decided to try this, we have used for the last 30 days and it is helping tremendously, so we just put in another order, we are hoping with the continuation that we get the spraying totally under control, i would highly recommend for anyone to a least give it a try, we are satisfied

This product is amazing. Just went through a move to different location which totally confused my dogs. Made them very anxious & they started relieving themselves in the house. Bought this product & it has totally stopped. Make sure you have diffusers in all rooms of your house. Love this product.
