Halloween used to be torture with all the doorbell ringing and costumes. My anxious lab would hide shaking in bathroom. This year with diffusers running he actually stayed in living room. Even took treats to some kids!

Outstanding customer service. An actual person responded directly to my email (not a form response) within 5 minutes. He provided complete, easy to understand help and it worked! Highly recommend.

There are medics like a magic potion that relaxes my puppies. So when we leave, they just relax and cuddle on the couch before that. When we left, they would terrorize and pee all over the housee and chew things they could find, they seem more comfortable now and more relaxed even when we're home, I cannot recommend this more This is the third time I've ordered and we've been very happy with the results. We highly recommend this product

The customer support was excellent. I've was given very detailed imstructions on checking my diffusers and I successfully got them in operation. My dog's urinating in the house has been greatly reduced.

I've been very happy with the product, TheraPet's Dog Calming Spray. It works really well and has the added benefit of getting rid of unpleasant odors. I just hate the online shopping experience connected to the Shop Pay application TheraPet uses--all the popups and additional product offers. The website is also misleading in that it promises free shipping for orders costing $30. That's ONLY if you sign up for an additional, third-party service, which means selling your information. Before you know it, a 5-minute transaction has taken over 20. I want a clean, simple, quick purchasing experience. The website won't allow it.

Very easy to navigate the site, I know exactly what I’m looking for and it is reasonably priced! I get the 6 refill because it saves me money in the long run and it helps my boys. I have 3 and one of them likes to mark his territory but he has calmed down since using this diffuser!

We have two dogs who were always fighting. I was at my wits end and afraid we were going to have to rehome one of them which goes against everything we believe. I ordered TherapettMD as a last resort. I didn't think it would work but they stopped fighting the day I plugged them in! It was an absolute lifesaver and I tell everyone to order! I'm a lifetime customer now! Thank you so much for your wonderful product!
