We had trouble with determining if the diffuser unit was functioning. We thought it was defective. However, the friendly and prompt support team quickly pointed out that the light that signifies the unit is on is very subtle, and to try it in a darkened room. Sure enough, the unit was just fine! We have it in use and can't wait to see how it works with our four rowdy male cats!

My traumatized dog; My dog had a rough life and was traumatized by being abused, etc. He would hide if he had an accident in the house. I plugged the spray in and he was successful where the diffuser was so I used the spray in other areas and he is much better. I sprayed areas where he would try to hide his poop. And he now lets me know when he needs to go. Amazing

rescue dog came with a habit of marking everything , everywhere , since using the product, that habit has all but disappeared. Hooray

I had my doubts, but this stuff works like a charm. I even wanted to test it so have had it unplugged for a week, the peeing started right back up. ABSOLUTELY need it if your fella or lady prefers to pee inside.

I've tried different brands, but Therapet was the one that really helped calm our very anxious cat, who was marking. What a relief for everyone!
