TherapetMD I have used in the past. It has calmed our cats immensely. Stopped the fighting. The hissing, swatting, and etc. It also has stopped the peeing outside of the litter box. The company is easy to deal with and respond quickly. I highly recommend this product if your cat is having problems like anxiety or fighting with your other cats or other behaviors. The pheromones work.

Best and fastest customer service I've seen in years. The light is so subtle that it can't be seen in a bright room so I though it wasn't working, but customer service replied to me in minutes and by putting my hands around the diffuser, I could see the light. My anxious dog is spending less time hiding under the bed, and I've only had the diffuser working for a few days.

I ordered the 30 day Therapet Starter system that I saw on TikTok. I have a 10 month old Shihpoo that is having difficulties getting fully potty trained. I ordered it because of their 30-Day refund policy. I reached out to them to start a refund since it didn’t work AT ALL for me and I’m within the 30 day window. They replied that they were sorry and they would like to offer me a 45% partial refund as a one-time courtesy if I’d like to keep the product. I replied that no. That wasn’t adequate for me as it didn’t work! I’d like the full refund and to please send me instructions on where to send the remainder of the product. Then they ghosted me. I’ve tried several times to reply to that email and I get nothing! Their 30-day refund is a sham! Don’t order. Save your money. It’s just a sham.

I was very skeptical about the diffusers. I was on the verge of going off my rocker when I discovered TherapetMD. We have 5 dogs and one of our males started peeing on the side of both sofas. He wouldn’t stop and I had tried just about everything. I saw TherapetMD diffuser’s on TikTok. I looked up the company and read the reviews. I thought might as well try it. It took about 5-7 days to take full effect, but we haven’t had any accidents since!!!!!!!!! It is a miracle product!!!!
