I bought this product as a test, I have 3 dogs and 2 of them kept peeing in the same spot in the hallway every single day no matter what I did. Since I have put a diffuser in my hallway....NOTHING! No pee! I am highly satisfied with this product!

Customer service negotiated a 45% refund which removed the requirement to return the used items. Read the policy before you purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping, so it’s probably better for busy people to take a reduced refund. This product does not work in large open spaces or where there are tall ceilings. One plug only covers 700 sq ft. I had four plugs in a 3000 sq ft space and we saw zero benefit or improvement with our cat. Also, no furniture should be in front of the plug, so that’s not ideal for a large room. I dropped an additional star because they refused to remove our stored credit card that is in place for auto refill of the replacement cartridges. The customer has no option to remove it either.

We have 5 cats so quite a daily dynamic! Was a bit sceptical of this product but since I started using it have been very impressed. Even the one cat who is on cat Prozac is calmer.🙂 Highly recommended, does as it says on the label

I placed an order online and I assumed that the payments would be going through Affirm. A while later, I received a text telling that I owed so much and for the next 3 payments as well. I thought for sure, I had mistakenly signed up for some monthly service. I immediately contacted the Customer Service via email and very promptly received a text back assuring me that I had not signed up for a different program. The next day, it dawned on me that I had made the error and humbly sent an email back to TherapetMD and once again I received an email from Customer Service. The Customer Service Rep was very gracious and very prompt in responding to my emails! Thank you TherapetMD

The product just works!! Easy to order, easy to use. It's a God send! Doesn't work on both my cats, but the one who needs it, it works well for her.

I used another pheromone brand for years. it sort of worked, but not with great notice. Then I adopted a young boy kitten (Sugar) for my middle-aged female who had lost her partner a year prior. I chose to hold out on neutering him for as long as possible so his urinary tract developed fully. There came a time when he became extremely rambunctious, hormones flowing.... and time outs weren't working anymore to calm him. The pheromone spray I had on hand was useless. I did some research, stumbling upon TheraPetMD. It seemed promising... I read terrific reviews. I continued to research but, I wasn't finding anything that seemed better... so I ordered 2 diffusers to try. Oh my.... I was impressed. Within an hour of first plugging them in, the young man calmed immensely. TheraPetMD enabled Sugar to mature into a still playful but gentle (relatively) young man. Initially I had them plugged in 24/7. For the first time Sugar began taking long naps; and my older girl could finally relax as well. After a month of the diffusers being on 24/7 I began to turn them off for a portion of the day.. turning them back on when Sugar would begin to act out. Once on, TheraPetMD instantly calmed him in a natural way. He has remained playful with much less edge. Sugar was neutered at 10 months, early summer. With the windows all open and more space and more outside distractions I didn't need the diffusers for quite a while. But now that winter is approaching and the windows mostly closed, I just purchased more TheraPetMD to have on hand. Its a great product.

I am waiting for confirmation of my order! Bad form taking my money and no correspondence???
