I have 3 cats with a 4th that sometimes comes in to eat. There is so much more fighting when I don’t have the plug-ins in service. I really notice the cats are much calmer with the diffusers, they really work!

Customer service is non-existent. There is no phone number, you can only contact the company via email. I made a purchase 6 days ago and I have not received any shipment notification. The tracking still reads "hang tight, we're working on it".

My son occasionally brings his dog over and our 2 cats previously scrambled to hide from her. Since plugging the TherapetMD diffusers into the "cat areas" of our home, the cats now "stand their ground" and tolerate the dog (at a distance). One of our cats defends his territory, sending a clear message of who is boss". I am hoping that maybe the cats and dog will get along eventually.

We started using TheraPet diffusers for our two three-year-old cats to help with bullying. Our bigger cat tends to pick on the smaller one, who unfortunately has mild asthma and while she can typically fend for herself, her coughing fits put her at a disadvantage. We’ve kept the diffusers in shared spaces and near the litter boxes, and over the past six months, we’ve seen a slow but steady improvement. It’s not a magic fix, but it has definitely helped reduce tension in the house. Their support team was also quick and helpful when I had a technical issue logging into my account. A low-maintenance, worthwhile option I’m glad we tried.

I have been in the vet business for 41 years. I tried the cat diffuser after a client had said it worked for her cats. At my house it did NOTHING! I put the diffusers in every room and the one cat that needs it continued to pee outside the box and bother the other cats. I have tried every product out there and had hope for this product but again it did nothing.

This is a terrific company with real customer service. I cannot say enough about the cat diffusers. Please don't waste your money on the other less expensive products out there. Just buy TheraPet and get your kitty household in order. I tried everything then I found TheraPet. My kitties stopped fighting, using the carpet for their litter box and over night became the sweet girls I had for years. I'm sold!
