HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I brought 2 cats home from the shelter (not siblings) and after multiple 'introduction' routines, decided to order this after coming upon their ads. The ad clearly states it will take 3-5 business days to arrive. I ordered it 9 business days ago, and still have NOT received it. I have emailed them several times, but they do NOT answer my questions!!! With that said, I could not wait another day (after business day 5 of not receiving this product). My cats needed this (the reason I ordered it). I purchased another product from a reputable company! This company is the WORST

I have been thinking of using this product but today I needed to try. One of my pups is protective of me and I am hoping this mellows him out, lastly my DIL's husky mix has very bad separation stress anxiety so we bought her this. Crossing fingers it works.

Don’t bother with them. You just get fobbed off. My order was lost by Yodel, which admittedly not their fault but they are not willing to do anything to help me out. I am the one with no item and out of the pocket. I wouldn’t bother with this company as customer service is useless

This product is absolutely amazing, I was skeptical at first but am so glad I got it, since having it I have had no accidents from my dog at all. I have 3 of them plugged in & he is now super chilled & has stopped marking his territory.

Absolutely no change in habit, load of rubbish trying to get money back ,no joy!!!!

I have 6 dogs of all ages living with me and my family. Some are calmer than others lol and I love them all. The youngest is 4 months old and one had puppies last January. She just recently moved in with our pack and is struggling with stress. I got this for her!! I will keep you posted!!

Very easy to order, the wall diffuser has worked well for my cats, and ordering refills is very easy.

This is a scam. 2 weeks after using this on my dogs it still was not working. I received an email from their customer service, I told them the issue, and I wanted a refund and to return the product, Response was Someone would get a hold of me with instructions in 3 or 4 days., it's been at least a month. no answer. Then I looked at my Pay Pal account and they sent me refills.
