We live un United Kingdom where the mains voltage is 240V, as everywhere else in the Europe. Therapet sent us the 110 V version which has a large warning written on the box "DANGER DO NOT USE WITH AN ADAPTOR" The item itself is "sealed" with almost fitting shrinkwrap which suggests DIY sealing, not factory sealing. We contacted the customer service who said that although it is clearly their mistake, we need to return the item on our own cost. The return adress is in Texas, USA. So this would cost us app. £30 and do to the current import rules in USA, it would be seized in customs. So if you have not realises yet, this company is a SCAM. Luckily I paid with a credit card so I can initiate a charge back. * AVOID LIKE PLAGUE *

For the last 5 years our cat sprays in our home. He's seen a behavioural therapist, other calming diffuser brands, calming treats, multiple vets, and was given a prescription for Prozac (our last hope - which I hated giving him and didn't work.) I came across a Therapet Facebook ad with glowing reviews, and was skeptical, but after looking at Trustpilot ad I went for it. By day 3 there was a noticeable difference in our cat's spraying activity. There was a burning smell coming from the diffuser and I contacted Therapet on Facebook and their customer service is exceptional and they immediately replaced the diffuser. Needless to say we've bought more and i have let other people know in our cat breeder group about how excellent Therapet is. Thank you for being so great!

Therapet has changed my cats into enjoyable pets! They are siblings, sisters, same litter, and I thought they would be best friends. I've had them since they were kittens, but they fight constantly. One of them is always trying to be the alpha cat, constantly. These diffusers calmed them down like nothing has before. I've tried the other bigger name products for Feli-ne troubles but they didn't work at bit. I tried another company that claimed theirs were the best, and nothing. As a last resort, I tried Therapet. I was to the point of considering rehoming them so I was desperate. I'm not exaggerating at all to say within 30 minutes, they chilled out. They stay friendly, playful and fun, until that diffuser runs out. As soon as it does, it's apparent by their behavior and their fighting. I could not recommend this product more. I am a real customer, with 2 real and 2 very sassy cats and I'm VERY happy with the results from Therapet Diffusers!

We have had the diffusers running since 12/9/25 and today is 12/22. Our 2.7 y.o. littermates had started chasing our 4y.o. before Thanksgiving after living together for over two years, and even moving to a new house without any problems. We aren't sure why this happened. Before getting diffusers we put calming collars on the two while they were boarded over Thanksgiving, and that seemed to help the boy chill out - he stopped chasing aggressively, but still gets puffy and will follow his sister when she chases. We got calming prescription food, and calming treats right before the diffusers arrived. The girl is still a terror. She attacks the 4yo on sight, causing her to hide under the sofa constantly. We finally separated them 50% of the time so the 4yo can come out. In any case, everything may have helped our boy, and helped the victim to bravely try and come out and join the family.... but the aggressive sister won't let her - so our problem of reuniting our family is still a big problem after two weeks with diffusers. Regarding the company itself, I ordered direct from TheraPet on 11/30. While they have a genuinely responsive customer service department, they did NOT ship to arrive in 2 days (expedited) like I paid for - or even 'standard' as advertised. They refunded the shipping - but the product didn't arrive for nearly a month. After waiting a full week, I ordered from Amazon on 12/6. Therapet did not use a mainstream carrier and the carrier was very hard to reach - but eventually told me the package was in customs - so it isn't shipping within the US. Three stars are for very responsive customer service and the fact that it 'might' have helped calm our boy, along with everything else. It has not mellowed out his sister one bit as of today, and I would not order direct with such long delivery times (not as advertised)

This product is FABULOUS !! I gave one to my daughter her little guy had to actually be medicated when company came over. She plugged it in and within in 1 day Amari was calm and his barking was ceased , needless to say she went on line an ordered more, My 1 year old Zoomie puppy has calmed down much to the relief of my older 2 dogs lol. Thank you for this FANTASTIC product !!!
