Wouldnt even give this company a 1 star. I ordered 3 of them back in Nov. Never received them but was billed on my credit card. No way to reach them. Tryed emailing them and you just get is a generic response. SCAM!

Warning....do NOT trust this company. I ordered on Dec 18. Received a shipping notice AND my account was charged on Dec 20. When I track the package, it states that the package hasn't even made it to a UPS Facility. I contacted customer service 2 weeks ago to inquire about it and have received no response. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts, so at this point I just want to cancel, but it is like this scam company doesn't even exist.

The Photo stick downloaded about 5,000+ photos but the main problem is all the best photos (That I put on Face Book) are in various folders (several years worth) named Fav 1, Fav 2 etc.in each folder. The photo stick only picked up one of each photo (there might have been 100) because of the name. Also, as if that's not bad enough, it just dumped all 5,000+ in a Hugh file in no order or of any type of organization, and it's hard to navigate because its a big file and moves very slow. When I tried to delete a block of photos, instead of deleting them, it copied them making an even bigger mess. When I emailed customer service this past Thursday they sent an automatic response (Friday 11th Jan 2019) that I have a ticket that has been created, but I have not heard from them since... Also, the Video part of it did not work at all and I kept getting a message that it couldn't play the videos it uploaded. I later learned I might not get a refund because it had to be unused to get a refund, and it's used for a week or so. If I can't reach customer service (email only, no phone or chat) then I guess I wasted $85 on this PIECE IF GARBAGE!!! Plus wasted my valuable time.I'd give it negative stars if I could... Maybe they will do the right thing and refund my money.

I tried for two weeks to get a responce from these people. It does not work on my machine. This is a waste of time. I wanted my money back but I cant reach the for an RMA number.

The photo stick did not work. It looked through all files but did not actually download the photos. I can use it as a regular usb but that is not why I bought it and I could buy a usb for much cheaper. I have contacted customer service numerous times with no reply. I would not suggest this product.

I could downloaded photos from my MacBook Air but not the many I have on my IPhone. A bit of a scam!

An absolute piece of junk. I bought two for Christmas gifts so I am now beyond the return date and have to eat the cost. The first time we tried, we left the photo stick in for over 36 hours and it managed to download about 1000 of the 30,000 photos on the computer. They were in a jumbled arrangement - not organized as the ad says. Tried a second time and the same thing happened. Contacted the company but have not heard back from them. Don't waste your money on this product.
