The dog loved the food but I will have to cancel as it is cost prohibited

Teddy's delighted!
While Teddy walked away from other highly-advertised "human food for dogs" (whether frozen-fresh or kibbles), he excitedly devours these air-dried nuggets like they're treats!
As a matter of fact, his favorite bedtime treat is now one of these!

My dog loves this food!
The company has been great, answers all emails, everything comes as advertised. My dog is sort of picky about what she eats AND most foods we've tried don't agree with her. This food, she scarfs as soon as I put it down and it's been great. Also the first dog food company I've EVER seen not jack up the amount recommended to feed your dog, they always tell you to feed them some huge amount, the directions here actually tell you the amount will be less because it is denser. Shocking honesty.

All my dogs love the food
All my dogs love the food! i chose the air dried food. i can even use the food as treats! it’s a convenient way to ensure my dogs get the vitamins that are so important!

Cheap product/not good quality
I tried Farmers Dog and should have stuck them. You basically get what you pay for. They missed a package of food to begin with and would only refund or do a credit. They wouldn’t just send the one food package that was missing. Each package of food barely has enough for 3 meals. Plastic container that came with it was so cheap that it broke in route. Could have gotten a better container from the $1 store. Anyways, wouldn’t even give them one star if I could have. Well definitely go back to Farmers.

Good Food, Bad Customer Service
My dogs liked the food (we went with the dry food plan), but in just the few weeks we dealt with this company there were so many issues that we ended up canceling our plan. For example, the food from our initial order was delivered two days earlier than I had specified, when we were out of town. When I called customer service because I was concerned about the boxes being left in the hot sun and visible for two days, they were no help at all. Then, in our second order, even though the dashboard for our dogs shows we should have been charged $177, we were charged $219. Again, when I called customer service they were no help and said the dashboard was incorrect. There have actually been several discrepancies between what the dashboard in the website says and what has happened, and I do not feel this is a reliable company. Finally, after asking to cancel our subscription, and receiving a confirmation email that it had been canceled, just to make sure I logged in to my account and it was still active. I just don’t trust this company.
