Dog is not too happy
My dog does not like the frozen samples we got (beef & chicken). I then tried the shelf stable version and so far she doesn't like the chicken recipe. I haven't tried the others yet. She does eat the unkibble, but is not overly thrilled about it either.

The quality of this shipment was not as…
The quality of this shipment was not as high as my first, and your last shipment. The kibble seems to be overcooked as it is in large flat pieces that are very tough, Might make a good chew/

Poor Customer Service via Email
My dogs liked the air dried food, however, their customer service is abysmal. I was overcharged over $80 for a box of food. When I sent an email to try to get it corrected, I received an email asking me for additional information, from a no reply address and with no address given to which I was to reply. I sent the information back through the original care@thepetstable address, and received no response. I forwarded that email and said I was waiting for a reply, and I received an email stating “Please do share the reason for contact so that we can assist you.” I again sent the information, stating that I believed I was overcharged, and my response was this: Your order [] which is the Dry Turkey, Dry Beef, Dry Salmon and the price of that order was $ 108.06. Your order [] which is Dry Turkey, Dry Beef, Dry Salmon and the price of that order is $ 148.81. These boxes contained the same amount of food and the more expensive was supposed to be an introductory offer of 50% off and should have been about $67 with shipping. No explanation. No offer for a refund.

The welcome package was nice but…
The welcome package was nice but unfortunately, my plastic container arrived broken and the food arrived a day late and was defrosted and unusable. Additionally, the "free" treats I was provided in my second box contained an ingredient my pet is allergic to, which is also clearly stated in my pet's profile.

I ordered to test product
I ordered to test product, my dog does like the food, but before I knew it, I was billed $161.30 comes flying out of my bank.. I haven't even reached a decision on the product yet.. I've canceled my order.. that's WAY to expensive.. I don't have that kind of money.. it may be good food for my dog, but not that much money.. I doubt they'll even refund my $$$ as they've already shipped the food..

Late delivery issue
While I would agree that the food is excellent quality and my picky eater likes it, the company only delivers on the set delivery date. My box arrived late. The company had sent me an email that that was going to be the case and to throw away food that was not 32 degrees or lower. 7 of the 10 food packets were 39 degrees or higher. While I will receive a refund? They would not deliver me any additional fresh food packets until my next delivery date which is 30 days away. I am forced to potentially have to find new food which is unacceptable. I have spent months trying to find a food she likes. I place this so others will be aware and perhaps think twice about investing in this pricey food.

Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service! I contacted them with a simple question about the calories in their food portions. Instead of answering my question, I received responses that didn’t address my concern at all. Then, without my asking them to, they emailed me saying they had **paused my subscription**. I immediately replied, **“No! Please don’t pause my subscription—I just want my question answered.”** They paused it anyway, with no further communication. I only discovered what had happened when my dog food didn’t arrive and I logged into my account to find that my next shipment had been pushed all the way to **September**. Apparently Bongo wasn’t supposed to eat until then! All I wanted was an answer to a simple question about calories. Instead, I got poor communication, an unauthorized pause on my subscription, and no food for my dog. Needless to say, I canceled my subscription.

Good food but pricing is a scam!
Good food but their business approach is a scam! I initially signed up for the full meal package for our 60lb Blackmouth cur which was around 50$/week. Our pup loves the food and it seems to be good for his stomach too! Portioning the fresh food is a disaster and super messy but that’s just a side note on convenience… We decided to scale down to 50% portions and use it as topper with other kibble. Well, they still charge us 50$/week for half the food… Customer service is terrible and was not able to help, they have no clue and just kept telling me that it depends on the calorie intake and ultimately that the prices increased. So, they trick you into subscribing and then double their prices! When I do the quiz and order as a new client, it shows half the price again (excluding discounts/trial offers), when I log in, the price doubles again…
