BUYER BEWARE….never order from this…
BUYER BEWARE….never order from this company, but got charged from going in and changing passwords. Customer service said it reactivated my account. So they send out an order that wasn’t ever generated. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!

Getting through to anyone that you can…
Getting through to anyone that you can understand is horrible. I just got off the phone with someone I could hardly understand partly because of the chickens clucking over the phone! This was the 2nd time I was charged for an order without any prior notification. I couldn’t even find out where this dog food was made if in the USA or not!!

I was sent the wrong order was told I…
I was sent the wrong order was told I would receive replacement in 4 to 5 days. Three weeks later nothing. Called several times over that period and was told it was overlooked. I cancelled service in April and received e-mails as though I never cancelled. Informed Pets Table to not draft my account. Just got another order in June that I was charged for. Working with bank to recover funds and potentially seek legal action. Avoid these scam artist at all cost.

Our dog is not a picky eater any more
Our dog is not a picky eater with the Pets Table fresh food. He's never finished his food before, but now he not only cleans his bowl, but finishes whatever our other dog leaves. He also seems fully satisfied now.

Buyer Beware — This Company Is a Scam
Absolutely horrible experience. This company is built on deceptive auto-subscription practices. I ordered a trial, canceled immediately, and still got charged $159 for a product I did not order. To make matters worse, they sent me 20 packs of frozen dog food after I had already canceled. Their excuse? “The computer” processed it automatically. No accountability, no customer service support, and no ethics. Do not fall for the trial offer. It’s a trap, and you’ll be stuck fighting charges for products you didn’t request. Total scam.

Two week trial scam…
If you purchase the two week trial from The Pets Table please note that you will be charged over a $100 within the first week. No refund or cancelation allowed. My 7 month old yorkie is a super picky eater and we couldn't get her to eat the food. Nine days into the trial samples of my order I went to cancel and was denied a refund because I missed it by one day. Now I'm stuck with eight weeks of food she is not going to eat. I'm done with online ordering of anything. It's not worth it and to much of a hassle to return items or get decent customer service. Hope this review helps future shoppers.

Customer service is NON-EXISTENT
Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. With so many other fresh human grade dog foods on the market I would definitely go elsewhere!!
