My dog likes the food
My dog likes the food. My problem is that the last order was all chicken. I never selected chicken as an option as my dog is allergic to it. The website defaulted to it.

The product is good but customer…
The product is good but customer service is bad. Multiple people told me that I needed to add the probiotics to my initial order to get it for free but I got charged for it. I was reassured that I wasn’t going to be charged. On top of that, I was supposed get a free container as a gift and didn’t get that either. One of my dogs got a credit but still charged me tax for something that should have been free. When you call them they are off shore reps. It’s frustrating.

Great choices and communication
The service and choices of food has been great. I love the communication of when the next delivery is coming and when its coming out of my account. So I know when to plan for it. And molly loves the food.

Her plate is licked clean!
My nearly 13 year old fussy eater is so happy with Pets Table! She completely loves her food and licks her plate clean every meal! That is something entirely new.

Whole Food
I’m glad to be able to give my dog food made of whole food ingredients, air dried, not cooked, so the nutrients are maintained. It’s a little pricey, but I think of it as an investment in my dog’s health that hopefully avoids costly vet treatments in the future.

Our dogs seem to like this food
Our dogs seem to like this food. Wish there was more of a selection on recipes. It can get a little expensive as well. For the most part this customer is satisfied. One more thing...the packaging needs improvement. It can get difficult getting all the food out. Thank you

Far from perfect customer service
Have had a couple orders where company completely messed up our my order. The problem is that the company is small and can’t immediately ship a replacement order. Also they have switched from Fed Ex to a service called jitsu for delivery with no notice. That service will not bring the box to your door!! Be prepared to search your property for your box!
