First order I received was for the wrong product. They did resend the probitics out. I have a Great Dane with a allergy problem and thought after the reviews I saw it would help with the red and itchy skin. I gave him 2 full jars but it didnt help at all. He did like the taste of them and shipping is fast. Just didnt help with allergies for my dog. The customer service is great they called and explained to me that I needed to use the product for a full 2 months to help with my dogs allergies.

Before I made my initial purchase, I had some questions. I reached out to customer service who responded virtually right away with answers to my questions. I was very impressed, normally I have to wait days to hear from a customer service agent at any other business. Petlab is my new pet supplement supplier...

The new package still has leaking of product. Not as bad as last time but still a little. The red cap doesn’t quite seal completely or loosens durning transit

Have been buying the chews for some time now. The latest batch sent crumbled when I tried to pit a pill in the middle of the halves Now I was able to break the chew in half and sandwich a small pill in the middle. The latest batch had the pill crumbling into dust. I contacted them and they sent me another container of chews. There was no improvement, and their reply was that they were using less amount of a certain oil. Thats not the product that I initially tried and had a subscription for. I have since canceled my subscription since they are trying to save a few bucks.
