When I received the product (Dental Formula), the cap was opened and the bottle spilled completely. I immediately contact customer support, and they were able to send me brand new one the next couple days. Really appreciated the fast respond and took the right actions to solve the issue to customer.

This is a follow-up in correction to my previous testimonial and comments about pet Lab company and their products primarily for Augie my 13-year-old Australian shepherd and plott hound mix suffering from indigestional problems since birth and compromise now from 13 years of hard play as a frisbee dog and a extremely long distance walking runner we have discovered pet Labs through Facebook finding them highly knowledgeable and gratefully so highly lovable staff beyond compare the products of natural products date work that's what I can say they work lucky who's been moping lethargic and showing signs of discomfort in arthritis and in digestion we've used the joint juice and we've used a probiotic and I say successfully used both and still using of both we've recently due to these testimonials which I noticed I should have read read the first one this is for the interruptions in the confusion in the writings to let you know that I was not put up to any of this and this is for real and although my vet Dr Tami Shearer Smoky mountain Pet health hospital sylva North Carolina bordering dillsboro is the finest fat anyone could possibly have well-renowned same similar holistic and natural products Chinese medicine acupuncture all treatments you would expect on your own self now I find great success and happiness and knowing that my animals are well cared for beyond me is running out of years on this glorious land and soon I'm hoping my pets will outlive me and live with others to give them such Joy God bless these two businesses and you people for reading this and knowing you couldn't have in a better way than to have pet Lab company and a great vet behind you like Dr. Tami Shearer to those special few from pet lab that have dealt with me directly God bless you all my goodness I couldn't ask for better friends and companions many more years of service adios Dave Augie and scooter

Maybe y'all should review the chats between your customers and customer service reps. I've had issues with the product and have canceled my subscription.
