Product is fine but when I placed the order somehow At Ease was put in my cart. I notified them by email and let them know. They said if I wanted to return it they would send me a label or if I wish to keep the product they would give me. 30% credit off my entire order. I requested a return label and never received it. Then I emailed them and said if I’m not going to get the label please credit my account the 30%. I have not heard back from them since!! Not happy about having to chase them and that there is no Customer Service number to speak with someone. Will probably be canceling my subscription if not resolved soon!!

I was very pleased to see you went back to the plastic jar for the joint chews with the seal to keep the chews soft and fresh. The metal can leaked and let the chews dry out an crumble .
