First and foremost the mobility choose really help for a walk she was lucky she could walk across the room now someday she can do 2 miles a day is a mile a half mile sometimes she’ll get some spurts of playing her and the customer service was quick to respond to all my concerns

This product was fine for two of my dogs, but made the third vomit and not want to eat. I hadn't realised it was on subscription until the money came out of my account. I got in touch by email, by this time I'd found the cancel subscription in my account and cancelled the active payment on PayPal. Then the order order was cancelled and the money refunded.

If I could give negative stars I would. Took numerous complaints and two months to get my order- and then I can say it is worthless and does not help my dog. Then I get an email that my order will be arriving soon- and then get an email that that email was a mistake. Apparently this company just cannot get its act together. Does not help that nowhere can you find a phone number to contact a live person but keep answering surveys etc.

After reading the reviews on these probiotic chews, I ordered some. Unfortunately neither of my pups would touch them. I guess because they were pork flavored, so I contacted Petlab and they were very apologetic as well as gave me several suggestions to try and get my pups to eat them. The customer service was quick, informative and very helpful. I give it 4 stars only because I havent been able to see the outcome of the product.
