I have been using Petlab Co. for some time now. My dog LOVES their products and I love their on-time deliveries and service, I adjusted a recurring order recently and inadvertently created a duplicate instead. I brought this to their attention and they immediately corrected it, confirmed it with me and even offered me a discount on the order. WOW!!!

I was sent a huge bag of expired dental treats. I called to see if I could get a replacement. The woman on the other end was SOOO RUDE! I didn't do anything but request treats that weren't expired. So she sent me the SMALLEST bag of treats I've ever seen in my life. Like a sample pack! That wasn't what I was promised. She explained it was a free gift for buying multiple products so it's not needed. EXCUSE ME? I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR ITEMS THAT INCLUDED MY FREE GIFT! THATS PART OF MY ORDER! I will NEVER buy another product from them! The customer service is Everything!!!

I'm continuously amazed at the Customer service from petlab. They always check to see if my order was right. They send a treat with each order. Most importantly, when I ordered a flavor that my cat would not eat, they replaced it with another flavor free of charge! I love this company!

This is my first time with PetLab, ordered 2cans of probiotics for my dog as she was itching quite a bit ( no fleas, ticks…. On Brevecto ) but was itching badly …. On my 2nd can now and she does not itch nearly as much … fingers crossed🤞🏻This works in the long run. If it continues to help I’ll probably order again, she has no problem eating them so I would rather this than to shove a pill 💊 down her ….. so I’ll see how this goes So far no problem when I ordered and see no reason not to again if this works 👍🏻 Mark Beauchesne

I tried to cancel my order online. The website wasn’t functioning correcting and after several attempt across 2 days my cancellation appeared to go through. Despite this they took money the following month. Several emails later they said either keep and pay for the product or return it. I gave the product to my neighbour to avoid having to go through returning it. Yet again this month, despite them know I cancelled my order, they have taken money again and I’ve been informed my shipment is on its way. 😡

The good folks at pet labs are simpley outstanding! The issue I had of the product joint care chews was taken seriously with priompt action to replace the tubs affected . My dogs and I appreciate this service! Thank you

Amazing customer service, and the itchys have subsided with our Springer. Highly recommend.
