Fantastic customer service!! I wrote in to inform the packaging change on the joint chews allowed the product to dry out quickly. I informed the customer service and they immediately sent me an entire new order in the old packaging which I assume has been changed back due to the problem with drying out.

When I had a problem ordering the wrong product - the customer service team was amazing! They answered me right away and helped solve the problem. I have been giving the probiotics to all 3 of my dogs and have seen improvement in all 3 of them!

Amazing products, helped my pup Emmett immensely!🙏🏼💰 Have had some issues with the joint chews they came in all stuck together and unusable? Y’all sent me a replacement and appreciated it, unfortunately they also came in all stuck together as well. I sent in the lot numbers to CS and I just received my auto shipment and will let you know how they turn out? Your company follow up was fantastic and is handling my issue quickly! I had to have my 12 year old chocolate Labrador put to sleep as her back legs gave out after coping with bad arthritis for a few years. She had been on joint chews for a couple of yeas which gave her added mobility. I had an unopened box of joint chews which I wanted to return. Pet lab refunded the cost and suggested I could donate them to an animal charity. They have helped to make me realise was a caring company they are and gave me support at an awful time. Thank you.

Hi tried to cancel my subscription, the response was “we didn’t know you had a subscription “ even though you’ve sent the product again this month. Tried to cancel orders but can only postpone for six months. Tried “contact us” -error, link expired. Have I been scammed into monthly roll over payments. Please respond and I will revoke this review
