I am very pleased with the quick and caring response on our order. They show they really care about our pet. Snowy is pleased with the flavor of the Probiotics and has no problem taking them with no reactions. He seems more lively, less itchy or irritable. We will continue to let our family and friends that care about their pets to go with Petlab. Thank you Petlab.

The company forgot to send my order…
The company forgot to send my order they forgot it or something like that I was told. So had to wait about a extra month for my order.

Customer service response
I had a first time problem upon receiving pet labs co. Joint chews. I left my telephone number in the many emails I sent, all my emails were responded to with a email but (petlab) however with no resolutons. Finally a Worker by the name of Denise forwarded to me a tel# in Which to call petlab. I did call back and Denise apologized to me for all I went through. I told her the problem and without any hesitation she resolved my situation To my satisfaction! Job well done Denise and you should Advise your coworkers that they should in fact call back Any customer who leaves their telephone number for a call back, since you don't provide your telephone number, Which you should(i think).

Probiotic Chews
Our 7 year old American Cocker Spaniel has been on the Probiotic Chews for 6 weeks now. CJ's head shaking and ear scratching has subsided significantly and I would say he is about 75% better. The remaining 25% is likely related to his ear infection which is being addressed through our vet. I'm impressed with both the product and the ease in signing up for automatic refills to be shipped. Thank you for caring to do the right thing by our kids.

Highly recommended by my vet
Highly recommended by my vet. I wish I knew about this product sooner. I would have given it to my fur baby when he was a puppy. It's amazing and I did not have to wait 4 weeks to see difference. Thank you Fur babies mom

My first order was sent back to the…Great Customer Service
My first order was sent back to the company via the postal service because of a typo I made. Customer service quickly responded to my email, and the problem was resolved immediately with a new package sent out. I was very happy!
