Do not use this company. I mistakenly ordered three bottles of their dental formula for a fee of £57.79. Realising my mistake I advised them straightaway and tried to cancel the additional two bottles that were discounted. They advised that the order had been dispatched. I received the despatch confirmation the following day. Although I found this questionable I went with it. I intended to return the two items I mistakenly ordered. I repeatedly had to request a returns label. On receipt of the item I took one bottle out of the package (assuming that there were three in the box) and returned the rest of the package. I received a refund for £15.33 because they advised that I had only returned one bottle. One bottle cost me £42.46!! It has been all a bad joke. Never ever again!!! It has resulted in a never ending round of emails which I'm pursuing because of the principle. The saga is still continuing. Two weeks later still nothing despite returning their call leaving a message ref order no. Mailed again and no response!!

The customer service is beyond expectations. Although my little puppy didn’t like the taste (picky eater), I had multiple customer service representatives assist me and ensure me they will take care of me. I’m bummed that my dog didn’t like the taste because I would love to stay connected with a great and caring company. I will still definitely recommend to others, although it didn’t work out for me (my picky eater, Nicki)
