Shipping UPS to the post office is a slow cumbersome shipping method. I asked several times to ship priority air mail, but you keep shipping UPS despite my request, I paid for shipping, but my instructions were ignored.

Ordered pro-biotic chews from Petlab co for my dog, Ruger, because The reviews were great and also they pin pointed exactly what his issues were in the advertisement. When ordering I accidentally upgraded my order which made it more then what it should . Customer service got right back to me and let me keep all the product for a discounted rate. Payed pretty much what I originally wanted too, but got 3 month Supply instead of 1. I’m eager to see if these chews help my baby bc they seem to be made by reliable people that stand behind there word .

The service is fast, if you have a issue they do resolve it with a smile on their face. No questions asked :o)

My dog was using the Dog Dental Liquid Formula for about 2 months. It did not work, if anything it actually made his breath a lot worse. I was never expecting a miracle, but the problem is that a subscription shipment just sent and I can't use the product knowing that the product made my dogs breath WORSE. So I wanted to return the unused product that just shipped because I wouldn't use it.... and this stuff is PRICEY for it not to work. I contacted their Customer Service team who promptly responded basically saying my dog probably has health issues and should go to a vet. No he does not have health issues, their product just didn't work! And I shouldn't have to keep product that makes my dogs breath worse. Since then I have contacted them multiple times and they just refuse to answer me. Horrible customer service! I now have a very bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended) with the company as a whole. I am a customer of other products but they are ignoring my requests to return product that does not work on my dog. So now I have to find another company so I can stop doing business with PetLab altogether... super disappointing because I loved their probiotics but I don't want to give business to a company that has horrible customer service and a company that doesn't treat their customers the right way.

Petlab works for me and my dog!! ;o)
