I give Petlab Co. a 4 star review for it's customer services and website accessibility. It would be a 5 if the joint chews did not stick together and crumble when you take them out of the new packaging, which is horrible! I think you guys can do better. The old formula was perfect!

Very disappointed. I placed an order for 2 joint supplements and 1 dental. They did 2 separate charges. I found I did not need the joint supplement canceled my order before it was processed and re ordered the dental. They charged me for canceled items and the new order. Phone number is disconnected, pay pal credited me for the joint supplements but I still have been credited for one dental. I only received the re order of dental and have been charged for 2. They also have not answered the grievance filed through paypal and i can not find the escalate button. Beware, don’t do the subscription on your order. You will pay for items you do not receive.

My dog Frankie passed away last Friday, 3/18/22 , received his joint care on Tuesday & would like to return & cancel subscription!

Great product you won't be disappointed!!

We first started Jethro on the probiotics and within 2 weeks he was eating better. We added the skin and coat chews and all his licking and scratching has stopped. We had one bottle shipped that wasn't sealed and the whole experience with customer service was amazing! They were understanding, compassionate and replaced the bottle quickly. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product and customer service!!

My dog constantly was licking and chewing his belly and his feet. After trying a number of other options, I decided to try the probiotics. It took about 2 months, but then there was no more licking or chewing. I screwed up my auto ship and was only getting 1 bottle, when I needed 2. When I changed the auto ship, the amount went way up. The customer service team fixed this as soon as I sent the message. They were prompt and responsive about the correction. Very good customer service!!

Company has been amazing. They care stay in touch and most of the product helps your pet a healthier life all together.
