Overall, I like Petlab Co. My daughter actually introduced me to it. She was looking for a good source of supplements to help my dog's itching. The reason for my rating of 4 stars and not 5 is because it took three tries to get the correct product. When I thought Customer Service understood what I needed instead and why, the product shipped was still wrong. However, I must say that everyone I dealt with was helpful and understanding of my frustration and did well at making amends. I will continue ordering from Petlab Co. Kimberly

Should taste better I want my dogs to have a glucosamine supplement. These are a good size and texture. My dogs are a little hesitant to eat them. They usually eat them, eventually. But I have found them in the floor where they just left it. I would be very happy with the product if the taste were more appealing to my dogs.

While this product did not really work for my 13.5 year old gal, their customer service was exceptional!! I do know people who use this product for their pups and had positive results.

PetLab Dental formula made my dog sick, broke out in allergic reaction and vomiting almost immediately. I would never recommend this product. Their guarantee is only a full refund if unopened unused. So I wasted $35 plus a vet bill. Don’t buy!
