Product is good. Purchased a subscription. 1st month had delivery issue. 2nd month had same issue interrupting consistent use negating the benefits. Canceled my subscription as the billing was immediate and precise, but shipping issues took over 3 weeks and multiple contacts on my part to receive the product. Collecting payment was efficient, delivery of product wasn't.

Your product was a waste of money for me because my dog would not drink her water so I never tried to force her to drink it so, yeah money down the drain for me.

Pet lab joint chews are great. They helped my girl get back into moving easier. Their customer service (although only thru email -I like speaking to someone) did I could job in figuring why I was getting double shipments. Problem resolved and they are holding further shipments to a later date so I can use up what I have.
