Courteous, great product (joint care chew) has really helped my eight year old dog. Rapid order fulfillment, and efficient use of email.

The service was excellent. I had sent an email on the weekend never expecting a response until Monday. I had received a response immediately. My dog had passed away and I needed to return some product. Pet Labs refunded me my money immediately and asked me to donate the products to an animal shelter or a veterinarian office. Thanks you for the kind words and prompt service.

Probiotics did not work or affect my dog AT ALL. I only saw increased diarrhea and soon as we were done he had better stools. I purchased 3 probiotics and the additional upsell to make sure we used it long enough and it was a complete waste of my money at $120. I used a store bought probiotic and my dog did much better. I tried to have faith in the product because the advertising is great but it is really a waste.

After my complaint I have been contacted by Petlab several times and after my explanation as to what happened the issue of unwanted deliveries of the product was sorted out to my great satisfaction: I no longer need to worry about the subscription as it has been cancelled until I need the product again

I was as sceptical as the next person however the product has reduced the tartar on the teeth of my dogs , and despite there still being some residue close to the gum it seems to be easier to break off even with just the pressure of a thumb nail or toothbrush. All in all a positive result as long as I remember to add it to both water bowls when I refill them .

I ordered the wrong product, and they replaced it for free, and also said I didn't have to return the wrong product, just donate it to a shelter, or veterinarian 😁
