I had no problem with PetLab customer…
I had no problem with PetLab customer service . I usually communication through emails with no issue . My dog was always throw up , now since he been on the probiotic he stop throwing up . Thank you !

Not happy with this service. I originally signed up for one delivery. Next thing I know I'm getting them monthly. I went on to try and cancel this and guess what. The site works fine apart from the "get help" and the "contact us" drop downs. So you can't send a email or contact then to stop a subscription I didn't want in the first place. Paying out £23 a month when you did not want that is a bit steep. I've left this review as there is no other way of getting thro to this company. Maybe this will prompt them into contacting me so we can sort this out.

I ordered the wrong product
I ordered the wrong product. I sent a email telling them what happened they told me to keep the product and they would send the one I wanted out right away no extra charge.
